Digital products: A download is available for 7 days or 5 downloads, whichever comes first. Once you have downloaded the file at least once, no refund will be given. If your 7 days have expired but you have not had a chance to download your product, or if you are having difficulty downloading or playing the FLAC files, please reach out to us for assistance at chris@mickeynewbury.com.
For CDs, DVDs and potentially other physical products that we may list in the future: Our refund and returns policy typically lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we may not be able to offer you a full refund. Please contact chris@mickeynewbury.com if you have questions. If you didn’t receive your shipment within 30 days of your order, or if it arrived at your location damaged, please contact us immediately.
If a refund is are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within two weeks, first check your bank or credit card account and make sure it was not deposited already. Once you’re certain that you haven’t received your refund yet, please contact us at chris@mickeynewbury.com.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at chris@mickeynewbury.com.
