Message:  Karen, I will find out tomorrow what I am facing. I am by no means out the woods. With the support and love of this Porch, however, I feel prepared to battle any dragon.
   Funny you should mention the recipe I sent for the Gathering book. Just last Saturday night I taught my Daughter-In-Law how to make Seared Pork Chops. I only had 1/2 a chop. Unfortunately, they were 2 inches thick. Next to Ohio River Duck it is the best dish I know. Keep the Faith
