Your dad must have been something. Parental advice should never be forsaken.

My driving instructor always said ... "The slower you go, the wider the road gets". We lived in Moorpark, CA. and the driving instruction usually took us over the "Grimes Canyon Grade" which was about 100 ft. drop on one side of the canyon.

Advice like this ... you don't forget.
