Message:  Hi everyone!!!! Donna and I arrived around 7:30 pm pdt. She went on to a baseball game, while I came straight home. The smell of the Doug Firs came wafting though my home. It smells soooo good.

I can't begin to tell all the things that took place this week end. It will take many postings to tell it wll. Mamie makes a lovely bride, and Joe was a very handsome groom. They are very happy, and it was quite an event. Many of the friends and family came from Houston and other parts. The room was decorated with a white arbor, netting and flowers and twinkling lights gracing the stage. A loving message from a minister, and a very happy moment. All of the bridesmaids were dressed to the nines. Beautiful dresses and hats or flowers in their hair. Mamie's dress was beautiful, and when all the photos arrive....you will see them. Kurt and Ernie took many, so here's hoping they appear on the back porch.

Much music and sharing with friends. It was so good to see all the porchers, and I relate it to seeing long lost relatives. Only better. "grin".

My bed is going to feel soooooo good.

Joop, I'm so sorry about your lovely wife. It breaks my heart for you and the little girls. I'm keeping you in my thoughts and prayers. Please know that all of us love you and are with you in spirit.

Love, Karen
