WOW...29 MORE DAYS (FROM TODAY) UNTIL GATHERING X KICK-OFF
GOOD AFTERNOON PORCH ROCKER FRIENDS,
I have updated the 2010 MICKEY NEWBURY GATHERING attendance data chart.
(I NO NEW DATA AS OF TODAY 5/25/2010)

PLEASE CONTACT ME IF YOU ARE GOING TO ATTEND THE GATHERING AND HAVE NOT NOTIFIED ME ~ I need your information as soon as possible:
1) Name of everyone in your group; 2) are you staying at GuestHouse Inn and Suites?; 3) #rooms; 4) #nights; 5) Attending Kick-Off?; 6) #Years attended Gatherings?; 7) Friend, Family, Fan; 8) etc.
AND, please continue to email me corrections, additions and new information so that I can update the chart.
I can hardly wait to meet-and-greet-and-chat and get to know each of you at THE 2010 GATHERING. It will be great to have "faces" with all the "names" I am now familiar with!
ROCKING ON THE PORCH with all my Mickey Newbury Rocker friends in the meantime will suffice as we chat, ‘swap stories’ and loooong for THE GATHERING.

THIS INFORMATION IS NEEDED SO THAT:
1)THE CORRECT DEPOSIT AMOUNT IS CHARGED, AND LATER
2) THE CORRECT AMOUNT OF MONEY IS CHARGED FOR THE 2010 GATHERING ACCOMMODATIONS THAT ARE PROVIDED BY THE HOTEL ~ ACCORDING TO THE SIGNED CONTRACT, and
3) so that YOU, the most important gatherers at the gathering, can keep abreast of the anticipated attendance chart for GATHERING X. |
