Message:  I don't know the answer, Shirlely, but it is a problem, especially in some stores and movies are pretty bad about it also. Except for where I live. Here, very few building have air conditioning and the few business that do, they tend to keep the door standing wide open 'cause that is what all other stores do. I kinda like it that way.
